A cheap French hotel’s dinner buffet has endless escargot: an acceptable and unpredicted end to nine months of traveling. 
A tremendous thank you to all the friends new and old from the road for sharing train compartments with cockroaches, hostels with hammocks, and food of dubious but delicious origins. It’s been surreal, real, and life altering. Cheers/salud/kanpai/skål/etc. !
